Merry Christmas & Happy Feast of Stephen!
In addition to all the other yummy cookies that Mona usually bakes for Christmas (chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter and Mexican Wedding Cakes), she also tried a new type this year, and they're really good!
They're called Santa's Whiskers. Cute name, as it does fit the look of the cookie.

Mom made the Santa's Whiskers. She wanted to make a cookie wiith coconut for Dad. Although I'd like to take the credit, it really goes to Mom. :D
