Waitress Em
Her latest thing is pretending to take orders. I love how she says "okay" after she writes down each item, and how she knows when the customer's done ordering just by the tone of voice.
She's amazing!

Wow, I was there, and still when I watch it I'm amazed. She is so funny and so smart. It is even more amazing when you know she came up with this on her own. She just started doing it one day. Besides, the "Okay" my favorite part is when she tells Molly that Molly can't have chocolate mousse cake. "No." I love this kid.
