This is the one that really blew me away. (Sorry she drew on the other side of the paper; it kind of messes with the effect a little bit, but not too much.) We dropped my parents off at the aiport one afternoon last week, and that evening she drew this (and "Airplane"). She carried it over to me and told me what it was. My jaw literally dropped. I yelled, "Stephen, look at this!!" I just couldn't believe that a three-year-old could be so perceptive. I mean, all we did was drop her grandparents off curbside, and drove away. She was able to recall driving up to the terminal, driving away, and the way the cars went around on the round-about. Incredible.

This still amazes me. How did an overall impression of the terminal and the cars driving away imprint on her? She was in a child's seat in the back. Amazing.
That is awesome! What a perceptive kiddo! :)
this is really amazing! I love it - i also love the "unknown mermaid" above =)!
