Jury Convicts David Henry Tuck

I'm not sure if any of you remember this horrible crime committed against a Latino teenager in Houston back in late April (I blogged about it here), but I wanted to let you know that David Henry Tuck, the older perpetrator of the two (Keith Robert Turner is the younger one), was found guilty yesterday of aggravated sexual assault. I'm not sure what sentence he's facing (the punishment phase of the trial has just begun), but if I found out, I'll pass the info along.

Turner's trial is supposed to begin soon.

The victim miraculously survived the vicious attack. From what I understand, he spent three months in the hospital, and had to endure dozens of surgeries. He is now back at school, and he doesn't remember what happened to him. I'm so glad that justice is being served for him and his family.

Update:
Tuck was sentenced to life in prison. His jury deliberated for less than an hour to determine his fate.
