I really thought we were supposed to be living in a paperless society by now. Why, then, do I have a crapload of papers waiting to be dealt with? We do, thankfully, do a lot of financial stuff online and try to cut down as much as we can, but still, there seems to be a lot of paper coming into this house.
I'm also a bit of a clutter-bug in that I can't seem to throw cards away. I have every Christmas card anyone's ever given me, I swear. I don't know where they all are, but they're around here somewhere. One year's worth might be in a drawer, another in a box, another in a toy box, another in the front yard (okay, not the toy box or the yard, but you get the idea). I keep them with the intention of making them into gift tags for the next year, but does it ever happen? Of course not. And if the Christmas card's a picture, well, forget it. It would pain me waaaay too much to throw that away.
Anyway. Do any of you have paper coming out of your ears? I know my mom does. I don't have it NEARLY as bad as she does. But I hardly ever hear anyone complain about paper clutter. Is it just me?

I have a ton of paper too.....just wait till next year when you have all of Emily's school work. What in the world are we supposed to do with all that? And I too have budles of Christmas cards squirreled away in various places. I don't think it will ever get better.
Oh, gosh yes! Paper is the bane of my existence! I think you saw my comment on FB about the Freedom Filer. (You can thank Elizabeth/Florida Wife for that tip!) That has been extremely helpful. But it still seems like there is paper everywhere!
On the Christmas card thing, I started a Christmas binder several years ago. I'm sure I got the idea off some organizational site or other. Every year I put the Christmas cards in a page protector and stick them in the binder. It may not happen until July, though! ;) People who take the time to send newsletters get their own page protector, too. I also put the list of what gifts the kids received in there Eventually I hope to also get family Christmas photos and some written-down routines/traditions in there.
I have a similar ring binder for birthdays. (But don't ask me where it is right now!)
